Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website. It is not the Notice of Privacy Practices that governs your clinical record. That is a separate document you will receive before your first session.

The short version

• This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
• There is no Google Analytics here.
• There is no contact form, and no data is collected from you here.
• Nothing you do on this site is sold or shared with advertisers.

Getting in touch

This site has no contact form and collects nothing from you. Reaching Amanda means calling or emailing her directly, so whatever you send goes to her inbox and nowhere else.

Please do not put medical or personal health details in a first email. Ordinary email is not a secure channel, which is why the contact page says so.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track individual visitors across sites. It reports aggregate counts: how many people viewed a page, roughly where in the world they were. It cannot identify you.

Google Analytics is deliberately not used. Guidance from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights treats tracking technologies on health-provider websites as a disclosure risk, and Google does not sign a business associate agreement for it.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested) for a short period for security and reliability. They are not used for marketing.

Links out

This site links out to public crisis resources. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Your clinical record

Information you share in therapy is protected under HIPAA and Wisconsin law and is governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at intake, not by this page.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. Amanda works with clients aged 16 and older.
